We’re seeking a seasoned attorney, licensed in New York, to join our team. This role will support and lead work across a wide range of complex matters.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly accomplished legal professional who brings exceptional judgment, leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to operate at a high level across diverse practice areas. We are particularly interested in former federal prosecutors and candidates with BigLaw or high-stakes litigation experience who are energized by high-impact work and collaborative problem-solving in a boutique firm setting.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage sophisticated client matters across litigation, investigations, and advisory work
Conduct and supervise deep legal research, factual investigations, and case strategy development
Draft and review complex legal memoranda, pleadings, agreements, and other client-facing materials
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on sensitive, high-stakes issues with discretion and clarity
Collaborate and contribute to firm strategy, innovation and growth
Mentor junior attorneys and staff and help shape workflows and best practices across matters
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in civil litigation, employment law, investigations and/or business/corporate advisory
Demonstrated excellence in legal writing
Background in BigLaw, federal prosecution, or high-stakes litigation is strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead matters and manage complexity with professionalism and precision
Exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence and a reputation for integrity
Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of a values-driven, boutique practice

This role is ideal for someone with significant investigations experience, strong analytical skills and the organizational discipline to manage complex information and moving parts with care.
